Lernziele

• The participants learn how to set up a robot with a spot-welding gun in a proper and safety-conscious manner. They acquire advanced knowledge for spot welding and are able to mechanically set up the spot gun and create tool files. Furthermore, the knowledge for carrying out a basic configuration and determining compensation coefficients is imparted. After the training, the participants will also be able to set up the wear detection and maintain the electrode caps.

Hinweise

• The spot welding set-up training is for type X and C spot welding guns and mainly deals with the mechanical settings for a spot welding gun.
• After successful completion of the final test, the participant receives a certificate.
